I am part of a team running the Halton Jubilee bridge 10K on Sunday 2nd June 2024.

State of Mind runners are completing a 40/120 challenge to raise funds for State of Mind Sport to continue to deliver mental fitness sessions in sports clubs, colleges, universities and businesses. Our aim is to try to prevent the next person who wants to take their own life to consider another way forward!!
