I continue to be inspired Kevin Sinfield raising money and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease (MND) by completing 7 ultra marathons in 7 days and the more recent challenge Running Home for Christmas in December 2024.

I ran the inaugural Leeds Marathon in May 2023 (my first ever marathon).

In June 2024 Rob Burrow CBE, died from (MND) at the age of 41.

Following this sad news, I decided to take on the Leeds Marathon again to try and beat my PB (lets not talk about the hills!) and raise more much needed funds for the MND Association to help fund crucial reserach.
