Story
This October I've set myself the goal of climbing the stairs of five of the UK's tallest skyscrapers, all in a bid to raise a little money for some very good causes. A couple of years ago a traumatic brain injury pushed me back into some very dark places, and I'm still (quite literally) climbing my way back out. I'm relatively lucky, though, my body isn't fighting me along the way, in fact it's been helping me by pushing me to climb. Well that got me thinking about those facing similar mental health issues, but with the added barrier of conditions that just might stop them from (reliably) putting two feet in front of the other. Well, while my feet still function I may as well put them to good use, so I challenge you to challenge me, to help me help myself by helping others! Five buildings in October, the Cheesegrater, the Scalpel, the Walkie Talkie, all in one day, then the Carbunkle (often, for some reason, mistakenly known as the Gherkin) and, finally, the Wodge! Please, help me climb the over 1000 steps of the world's finest example of atrociously bad architecture, and support MS--UK with every step!
