Pamela is my Nan, but she doesn’t know that. I am raising money to support the Alzheimer’s Society in the hopes of finding a cure. This debilitating disease doesn’t just slowly kill off the person suffering with Alzheimer’s but it also continually breaks the hearts of all those who love them as each day they continue to forget who they are, the lives they worked so hard to build and the memories they created that should of lasted a lifetime.
