I am raising money to support the incredible work of YMCA Lincolnshire, an organisation dedicated to tackling homelessness in our local communities.

The Nomad Centre in Lincoln is at the heart of what they do, providing comfortable accommodation, nourishing meals, and vital mental health and physical wellbeing services for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. It costs over half a million pounds each year to run the facility, so fundraising efforts like mine are crucial for ensuring the Nomad Centre’s longevity.

No one should be without a home, or any of the essentials needed to sustain life. I worry with deepening social inequality that we will see more people forced into sleeping on our streets, and struggling to secure the basic necessities. With your donations, we can help YMCA Lincolnshire continue saving the lives of those at risk, and supporting them on a journey to independence and a brighter future.
