Capability Scotland have teamed up with Olympic athlete and swimmer, Dan Wallace to bring an exciting New Year's fundraising challenge: Swim the Distance!

I have chosen to attempt to swim 40km over the month of January to help raise funds for their Inclusive Community Project's vital hydrotherapy pool. This pool brings pain relief, exercise, and a vast array of benefits to the people they support and the wider community in Perth and Tayside. Over the month I will be swimming 60 or so lengths a day to hopefully complete the challenge (plus some extra to account for Hogmanay!).
