In March 2022 our son Malachi was stillborn and I owe him for teaching me to look after myself.

Whilst I now enjoy running and value the mental benefits it brings, I always said running a half marathon is silly and not what humans are designed for … however as soon as Zephyrs were looking for fund raisers I knew I would cave 😅

So this run is for Malachi and Zephyrs who helped me out when I was lost 🥲
