It gives me great pleasure, hard work, bad back, sweat and tears to bring this to our community once again in memory of my mother and now my Uncle who is currently in Hospital plus the estimated 500,000 people in the UK living with a lifelong disease. This is still a disease that is not publicised or talked about because of the parts of the body it effects, causes extreme embarrassment.
