Story
For Day One Trauma Support, because every step counts.
Please donate if you can. Your support helps rebuild lives after trauma.
🏔️ The Challenge
From 17th–21st June, I’ll be taking on the Mont Blanc Trek for Day One Trauma Support .
To prepare and to push myself further I’m setting an additional challenge:
👉 3 miles every day for 30 days
Why 3 miles?
Because it represents the height of Mont Blanc around 3 miles from base to summit.
But instead of climbing it once, I’ll be covering that distance every single day.
Run. Walk. Repeat. Every day, no excuses.
💬 Why I’m Doing This
Through my work at Hudgell Solicitors, I’ve seen first-hand how Day One Trauma Support helps people who have suffered serious, life-changing injuries.
Many of our clients have benefited from their support at some of the most difficult times in their lives.
I’ve also taken on fundraising challenges before, including the Goggins Challenge, running 10Ks, and most recently completing the Manchester Marathon.
This is my next challenge, and one that reflects the daily effort it takes to recover from trauma.
💛 The Goal
I’m aiming to raise £3,000 for Day One Trauma Support.
Their work helps people rebuild their lives after major trauma, providing practical and emotional support when it’s needed most.
🙌 How You Can Help
If you can donate, please do. Every contribution—no matter the size makes a real difference.
If you’re not able to donate, sharing this page would mean a lot.
Every step I take is for this cause.
Thank you 🙏
