Having never cycled before, I have been coerced into participating in the 2025 Pedal the Peaks event...! It has been a (very) steep learning curve over the last three months! I've had plenty of falls, some epic but mostly embarrassing fails learning how to ride with cleats. I have also loved embracing a new challenge. A huge thanks to Martyn Jagger for letting me borrow all the kit and a bike which has given me half a chance of lasting the 3 days!
