Mission Jensen supports Duchenne UK a charity that has one clear aim to end Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD).

IMA Rising Stars are excited to be organising a very special 12-hour charity Jab & Cross Challenge in aid of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), held in memory of Jensen who sadly passed away at only 12 years old. Jensen’s sister, Mina, is one of our kickboxers, and part of our IMA Rising Stars Family. We wanted to do an event to raise money in his name.

The event, Mission Jensen, will take place at Tesco Dorchester on Saturday 26th September, running from 7:00am until 7:00pm.

DMD is a devastating muscle-wasting disease. It is the most common and severe form of muscular dystrophy. Diagnosed in childhood, it mainly affects boys. Started by families affected by the disease, Duchenne UK is the leading DMD charity in the UK: connecting the best researchers with industry, the NHS and families to advance and accelerate every stage of drug development.

Together, we will end Duchenne.
