Pilgrimage 2026 - Walking to change lives

Jolley Gosnold is raising money for The Connection at St Martin-in-the-Fields

Pilgrimage 2026 · 22 May 2026 to 25 May 2026 ·

The 36th 74-mile Annual Pilgrimage organised by The Connection at St. Martins, walking from St. Martins in London to Canterbury Cathedral is back. Taking place over the late May Bank Holiday Weekend - Friday 22nd May - Monday 25th May 2026.

Story

The St Martin-in-the-Fields International Group, made up of migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees with experience of homelessness, will walk for four days from London to Canterbury from 22nd to 25th May 2026 to support The Connection at St Martin-in-the-Fields and make a difference in the lives of those who are sleeping rough in London.

The Connection is a London-based charity for those experiencing homeless. For every £100 raised, this could fund two people to stay in accommodation for a night, an ‘Art is Therapy Session’ for up to 20 people experiencing homelessness, or provide 50 hot meals for those in need.

This marks the 36th anniversary of this very special pilgrimage; last year our group managed to raise over £3,500! Please support us by donating again this year and help us reach our target of £4000. All funds raised go directly to the charity.
