Jeremy and I are running the Hackney Half 2026 in memory of my dad, Nick, the Jubemeister, who was treated at St Bartholomew’s Hospital (Barts). The care he received there meant a huge amount to us, so it feels like the perfect place to raise money for 💖

Dad himself completed several triathlons over the years, so I like to think he’d be proud of this effort… although, being around halfway through training, a triathlon is definitely not something I’m signing up for just yet!

If running 21.1km can help support the brilliant work Barts Charity does for patients, staff and research in East London, then it will be more than worth the sore legs 💪
