Tané, Jeremy and Isabel are running the Hackney Half 2026! This is all their first half marathon - Fully in the 30’s now! They are running for a number of reasons - In memory of Nick, the Jubemeister, who was treated at St Bartholomew’s Hospital (Barts). The care he received there meant a huge amount to us, so it feels like the perfect place to raise money for 💖

Over the past years they've also provided care for Tané’s aunt, uncle, and grandmother and countless others in East London with the most top quality care and consideration. Their longstanding quality services are a real backbone in the area.

Nick himself completed several triathlons over the years, so we like to think he’d be proud of this effort… although, being around halfway through training, a triathlon is definitely not something we’re signing up for just yet!

If running 21.1km can help support the brilliant work Barts Charity does for patients, staff and research in East London, then it will be more than worth the sore legs 💪
