I am running the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon in aid of The National Brain Appeal. This is a charity close to my and my family’s hearts.

This is in loving memory of Beatrice Vincent. Bea sadly passed away in June 2023, following a brave fight with encephalitis and associated epilepsy. Thanks to the amazing work carried out by the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery, after nine long months Bea was discharged from hospital and was able to spend six happy months at home, including Christmas. She is sorely missed everyday.
