This project proposal outlines a comprehensive plan to provide livelihood opportunities for persons with disabilities in rural areas.

*Project Objectives:*
1. *Enhance employability:* Provide vocational training and skill development programs for persons with disabilities.
2. *Increase income:* Support persons with disabilities in starting their own businesses or finding employment.
3. *Improve livelihood:* Enhance the overall well-being and quality of life for persons with disabilities.
*Methodology:*
1. *Needs assessment:* Conduct a thorough needs assessment to identify the skills and interests of persons with disabilities.
2. *Vocational training:* Provide vocational training in areas such as tailoring, handicrafts, and agriculture.
3. *Skill development:* Offer skill development programs in areas such as computer literacy and entrepreneurship.
4. *Mentorship:* Provide mentorship and guidance to support persons with disabilities in starting their own businesses or finding employment.
5. *Access to finance:* Facilitate access to finance and credit facilities to support entrepreneurship and business development.
*Expected Outcomes:*
1. *Increased employability:* 80% of participants will be employed or self-employed within 6 months of completing the program.

The total budget for the project is $100,000, which will be utilized as follows:
