Having been diagnosed with ADHD since a little boy ADHD awareness is something very close to my heart, this October, I’m committing to 31 minutes of activity every day for 31 days to support ADHD UK💜
ADHD touches millions of lives, yet it’s still surrounded by misunderstanding. By moving with purpose each day, I want to show that small, consistent steps can create real change — for awareness, for understanding, and for everyone living with ADHD.
