We need to change the way businesses take phone calls. There needs to be accessibility - otherwise don't offer a phone number.

At STAMMA we want to see every business ensure they're accessible by phone. That means checking that IT systems don't leave people stranded. Having a plan for silence on a call. And ensuring staff are trained, so they don't laugh or make jokes when someone stammers. It isn't hard.
