Lifecentre is a West Sussex-based charity dedicated to supporting those whose lives have been deeply affected by unwanted sexual experiences. For 25 years, Lifecentre has been a vital place of support, safety, and hope for thousands of survivors across the county.

This year marks a huge milestone – 25 years of supporting survivors on their journey of transformation. To celebrate, we’re inviting you to be a part of something meaningful by raising funds this May.

We’re launching our 5 x 5 challenge, and the rules are simple – you decide. Choose 5 activities and complete them 5 times throughout the month to raise money for Lifecentre. You might decide to run 5k, bake 5 cakes and sell them, host 5 coffee mornings, or walk 5 miles – the list of possibilities is endless. It doesn’t have to be the same 5 things; mix it up and create your challenge, your way!
