Lifecentre is a West Sussex-based charity dedicated to supporting those whose lives have been deeply affected by unwanted sexual experiences. For 25 years Lifecentre has been a vital place of support, safety and hope for thousands of survivors across the county.

This year marks a huge milestone – 25 years of supporting survivors on their journey of transformation. To celebrate, we’re inviting you to be a part of something meaningful by raising funds this May.

We’re launching our 5 x 5 challenge and the rules are simple – you decide. Chose 5 activities and complete them throughout the month to raise money for Lifecentre. You might decide to run 5k, bake 5 cakes and sell them, host 5 coffee mornings, or walk 5 miles – the list of possibilities is endless. It doesn’t have to be the same 5 things, mix it up and create your challenge, your way!

Our aim is to make this challenge fun and flexible so it is accessible to everyone. If taking on a challenge isn’t for you, we’d still love your support. Several of our staff members are stepping up too, both individually and as a team, including walking 5 miles at each or our core locations – Chichester, Worthing and Crawley.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps ensure Lifecentre can continue to provide life-changing support to survivors across West Sussex. Thank you for helping us celebrate 25 years of making a difference.
