Myself and Michael are running for Moya Cole Hospice at the Great Manchester Run May, 2026, half Marathon.

Moya Cole has a special place in my heart, they cared for my mum with compassion, dignity and respect at the end of her life. They not only looked after my mum, they looked after me and my family at such a difficult time and I’ll always be forever grateful to them! I would like to raise as much as I can for other families!

My mum was a wonderful human being, she had the biggest heart and would help anyone. At just 13 years old she was raising money for the Christie and gained a silver award for donating blood. Even during her illness she thought of others, so please donate anything you can for an amazing cause!

Moya Cole provides incredible care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and supports their families and carers across Greater Manchester.

With only a third of their funding being provided by the NHS, Moya Cole Hospice needs to raise £20,000 each day to provide essential services and compassionate care.

£10.85 could help to continue providing TVs and WiFi for inpatients to enjoy during their stay.

£20.60 could pay for a hand or foot massage with one of their therapists to help a patient or carer relax.

£30.60 could pay for a bereavement session for a loved one with their specialist team.
