I'm cycling from London to Paris, 515km in 4 days for Ashgate Hospice, 39 years since my first (and only) distance cycle challenge from John O' Groats to Lands End, unsupported, aged 16 with my friend Sally. This will be tough. Since then, I've been hit by a car, then a few years later hospitalised after crashing head first over handlebars. Quite frankly I should not be allowed out without supervision.

The ride is for those past, present and future and their loved ones who are battling through their cancer journey and who need hospice support in their darkest hour to lighten the load. Please support if you can. All and any help appreciated much appreciated. I would like to thank JEJames Cycles Chesterfield for their support; they originally loaned me a bike in 1985.
