One artwork a day! In September, myself and my 7 year old daughter, Etta, are challenging ourselves to... make 30 artworks each over September, one a day each, then pair them up!

We are doing this because, in times of awful hostility, we want to show refugees they are welcome and give kindness to those seeking space to recover and thrive in our communities.

Anyone donating £10 or more will receive one of our paired ‘mumma & daughter’ artworks (postcard sized collage/painting/lettering/rubber stamped/or a little bound book.. who knows) until they are all gone…. there will be 30 in total…

I'm Racing for Refugees because I believe that everyone deserves safety, dignity and hope for the future. But for far too many refugees, this is the last thing they are greeted with when they arrive in the UK.

Refugee Action exists to defend the right to safety that we all share. They’re fighting the hostility that has a devastating, daily impact on refugees. I'm joining them in the fight for people seeking safety to have the support and opportunities to thrive, not just survive.
