Story
Put your solidarity in action this September.
Everyone deserves safety, dignity and hope for the future. But for far too many refugees, this is the last thing they are greeted with when they arrive in the UK.
Refugee Action exists to defend the right to safety that we all share. We’re fighting the hostility that has a devastating, daily impact on refugees. We’re fighting for people seeking safety to have the support and opportunities to thrive, not just survive. When you Race for Refugees, you join the fight.
Race for hope. Race for change. Race for Refugees.
Race for Refugees is our annual fundraising movement, where people up and down the country set a personal goal to achieve, and raise money along the way.
Runners, swimmers, painters, writers, walkers, knitters and more, all taking action in their own way to stand with refugees.
Whether it’s a one-off event or a goal to conquer every day for a month. Run your first 10k? Write a poem a day? Paddleboard the length of your local river? Cycle your own Tour-de-UK? Stitch a patchwork quilt? Brave a bungee jump? Your Race for Refugees can be whatever you want it to be.
