Leap for The Lowdown 2025 - Jennah

The Lowdown charity is a wonderful charity dedicated to helping young people and is a big part of my life.
They're a youth mental health charity in Northampton providing free, safe, non-judgemental and confidential mental health and support services for 8-25 year olds. They've supported over 70,000 young people since 1989. From April 2024 to the end of March 2025 they supported 2304 young people.
I first heard of the Lowdown when I was in Year 10 (I've now just finished by first year of Uni). I attended the drop in cafe one monday evening and since then have been to cafe lots of time, received counselling, participated in speeches, a radio interview, the opening up of The Lowdown Lounge and now I'm a chair on their Youth Advisory Board.
This charity is wonderful and the work it does makes me speechless, it has supported no matter what and will always hold a special place in my heart. They allow me to be myself, never judge me and always support me. The Lowdown has given me a pedestal to improve every aspect of my life. I'll never be able to thank them enough. Without The Lowdown I wouldn't be here today.
I'm saying thank you by raising money doing a skydive and I'd really appreciate any donations to this wonderful charity.
