I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at a young age and spent time under the care of Great Ormond Street Hospital, who supported me through some of the toughest moments of my life. Living with Crohn’s isn’t always visible, but it affects everything, from energy levels to daily routines.

Thanks to the care I received, I’m grateful that my situation is stable but some people aren’t as lucky as me. Raising this money is a way for me to give back to the people who supported me and to help others who are facing even tougher challenges.
