I'm over the moon 🌙 to be running the 2026 London Marathon for The National Brain Appeal.

🧠 This is a charity which aims to transform the lives of the millions of people affected by neurological and neuromuscular conditions. They do this by funding much-needed research at the University College London (UCL) Institute of Neurology, as well as supporting world-leading care at The National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery.

Unfortunately neurological services are often underfunded and overlooked. The National Brain Appeal stands by the 1 in 6 people affected & helps drive advancement by funding research (there is still so much we don't know).

🔬 Neurological conditions can be degenerative, inflammatory, vascular, neuropsychiatric, or neoplastic. They include stroke, multiple sclerosis, brain cancer, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia.

All donations will help The National Brain Appeal to improve the outcome and quality of life for the millions of people affected by a neurological condition.
