I am running the Cardiff Bay 10k and the Cardiff Half Marathon this year in memory of my Mum and to raise money for Cancer research Wales.

I lost my beautiful Mum in June 2021 after a 16 month battle with Leukemia so it is a charity that is very close to my heart.

Mum was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of Leukemia in February 2020 where she was given just weeks left to live. Mum put up a brave fight and surprised everyone (including the doctors!) when she was still fighting months later. She was strong, brave and positive throughout. An inspiration to all!

I would like to raise money to help anyone facing a brave battle like my Mum did.
