Hi! I’m completing the conquer Cardiff summer 10k run this June to raise money for sparkle.

This charity helps our three year old Daughter Paisley who is currently undergoing investigations into a diagnosis of sensory autism.

Thanks to sparkle paisley is able to attend play sessions, cinema viewings & swimming sessions all in a safe & judgement free environment which unfortunately is a rare find for parents of children with additional learning needs.

Sparkle supports Gwent children with a disability and/or developmental difficulty.

Around 500 children visit the Serennu Children's Centre every week for treatment, support and care. It is the only facility of its kind in the UK where children and families can access medical and holistic services from under one roof.
