Story

Chris Hookway died peacefully on 21 October 2024 after a 10 year journey with Posterior Cortical Atrophy, a rare form of Early Onset Dementia.

There will not be a funeral but if you would like to make a donation in his memory, you can do so here. Supporting research into this illness was something that was important to him while he was still cognisant.
