Why I’m Stepping Up for Young Carers ❤️

We are raising money for this incredible charity in memory of my mum, Trish.

I became a young carer for my mum when I was 13 and continued to be a family carer for her until she passed away in May 2026.

It was an honour and a privilege to be able to look after her in her final days.

My mum was always a huge supporter of The Junction and so proud of all of the events I was able to help with.

In Lieu of flowers, we asked everyone to donate to this page to raise money for a wonderful charity who provide vital support for young carers in our area.
