Our Stratford Half Marathon runners are raising funds to provide early, relational support for children and young people aged 7–19 across Warwickshire, so they feel safer, steadier and less alone when life is tough

Story

I’m fundraising for Lifespace Trust, a Warwickshire‑based charity that supports children and young people aged 7–19 through mentoring and early support.

Lifespace works with young people when life feels hard to manage - when school becomes overwhelming, confidence drops, or worries start to take over. Their approach is simple but powerful: consistent, relational support that helps young people feel safe enough to talk and steady enough to take small steps forward.

Last year alone, Lifespace supported over 1,500 young people across Warwickshire through one‑to‑one mentoring and group work. For many, this was the first time they’d had a space where they felt listened to and not judged.

I’m taking on this challenge to help Lifespace keep offering that kind of support to more young people.

If you’re able to donate, thank you. Every contribution helps ensure young people don’t have to face things on their own.
