Story
Aplastic anaemia is a ultra rare, life-threatening bone marrow failure disorder. As many of you know, I work for the only UK charity that supports aplastic anaemia patients and families and delivers ground breaking research.
On International Rare Disease Day I shall walking the Peak District to raise fund for The Aplastic Anaemia Trust. Please donate so I don’t come up with a reason to back out and stay in café with a cup of tea instead.
Then on 3rd March I will be taking part in the York City Centre Super Rare walk and finally on 22nd March I shall be doing the much more relaxing 2.5mile walk from Tynemouth to Whitley Bay followed by a drink at the Split Chimp.
By donating and supporting me, you have the opportunity to change that feeling of loneliness and isolation. Your donations provide opportunities to meet other people who know what it’s like and understand. You will be funding the AAT support events, online meetups, webinars and support line.
