Dear Friends, I am walking the 5k with a group of family and friends to raise funds in memory of my wife, Lyndall, who died of dementia in 2024. I want to support others who are experiencing the similar difficult times that we went through.

The money generated from this event is helping to fund local Forget-Me-Not Cafés, Forget-Me-Notes singing groups and supporting other groups who help people with memory problems. Your support makes a real difference.
