After a double cancer diagnosis in 2019 and I am lucky enough to be the other side of surgery and treatments. So I am hugely grateful for so much and one being the work The Move charity do to help others.

There's increasing evidence that moving more during and after cancer treatment can significantly improve physical & mental wellbeing. MOVE is embarking on a mission to support & inspire people to Move Against Cancer.

The ROC Wales is an event with a difference. This involves;

1.5k Sea swim, 50km bike, run up Snowdon and back down, 50km bike leg back and finally 1km beach run with a timed cut off.
