Patrick would like to raise a little bit of money for Stonepillow, a West Sussex-based charity helping the homeless. In his words, 'It’s freezing and it’s not nice to be cold!’ So he’s decided to dip himself in the ice bath every day in January and February. If you could spare a pound or two that would be amazing!
