Gabriel and I will be taking part in Ashgate Hospice’s High Peak Trail 17 mile hike to raise funds in memory of Louisa, who had such fantastic and compassionate care in the last weeks of her life. Ashgate’s care was a very important part of her end of life choice and we as a family are forever thankful for holding our hands as we walked that path.
