On the 18th May, I will be taking on the Ironman 70.3 in Aix en Provence challenge in aid of the charity Home-Start Wandsworth.

Home-Start Wandsworth provides practical and emotional support to vulnerable and isolated families, offering them a lifeline when they are struggling to cope. Their staff and trained volunteers (like my mother, Sally) ensure parents have the skills, confidence and strength they need to nurture their children to give them the best possible start in life. Now more than ever, the pressures facing families are growing, with rising levels of financial hardship, poor mental health and social isolation.

I have experienced first hand, through my mother’s work with the charity, the difference that Home-Start Wandsworth makes to families so any donations would be hugely appreciated! Thank you.
