Hi, in January 2024 I’m tackling the infamous Special Forces selection Fan Dance, a 24km tab up and over Pen y fan and back again with a 11kg burgen. I’m doing this for the amazing charity Scotty’s little soldiers an amazing charity that helps the children and families who’ve lost parents whilst serving in our armed forces.
