We have joined the BHF100K community because we believe in the importance of promoting heart health and we are committed to making a positive impact in the fight against cardiovascular diseases.

We are fundraising for the BHF as we have seen first hand how lives' are saved by the incredible research the BHF does. Jon's open heart surgery 10 years ago saved his life, Liz's Dad and Uncle have both had valve surgery and many other friends and relatives have been helped, whether through simple but effective medicines or support that the BHF provide.
