I am taking part in the Annual Hellespont Race, an open water swim of 4½ km across the Hellespont and Dardanelles Crossing between Europe and Asia.

I will be raising money for Providence Row, an organisation that works in East London, one of the most deprived areas of the UK. They support people in times of crisis, providing a safe space, food, warmth and access to advice & support. With their employment & progression schemes and their mental and physical health services, they also provide the tools that enable people to healthy, independent lives.
