I’ve decided to take part in the Southend Half Marathon on 9th June, whilst raising money for The UK Sepsis Trust. This is charity that is close to my heart, as it is the condition that caused the passing of my Nan, Jean.

5 people die with sepsis every hour in the UK. By helping The UK Sepsis Trust to reach more people with the signs of sepsis, we can work towards ending preventable deaths from this condition.
