I'm gearing up to tackle the Great West Run this May, and I'm excited to announce that I'll be running in support of the 'Gift of Sight' charity again. Their mission to provide eye care services to those in need resonates deeply with me, and I'm determined to make a difference.

Gift of Sight funds world-class research into the prevention and treatment of blindness. Principal areas of research are age-related macular degeneration, the commonest cause of blindness in the Western world, glaucoma, nystagmus, corneal conditions and diabetic eye disease, which is an increasing cause of visual impairment. From eye exams to sight-saving surgeries, every donation will directly impact someone's quality of life.
