Story
Hi everyone, my name is Josephine. I am 51 years old, married with 3 grown children. On Saturday 20th July 2024, I will be doing the UK's highest skydive to raise funds for the amazing Ashgate Hospice in North Derbyshire.
I am raising money in memory of my Dad. He loved to give to various charities. He would visit every single charity shop going, whilst on his travels. I think I inherited that from him, whether it was raising money, donating or buying from them. He served many years in the RAF and suffered with PTSD most of his life. I think he would be proud of me for doing this.
Although I am very nervous about skydiving it is something that I have always wanted to do and what better way to do it, for Ashgate Hospice the Charity that gives so much to people in North Derbyshire whether they are ill or in recovery with support for their families and that's just a few to mention of all what they do.
I need to raise at least £550 or more. All I ask is if you can spare a pound or a fiver it's deeply appreciated. Every little counts and helps me on my journey to reach my goal. Thank you.
In memory of my Dad.
