I'm Raising Funds for Age UK East Sussex

As we get older, some challenges become harder to face alone — and that’s where Age UK East Sussex comes in. They offer practical help and reassurance to thousands of local older people across our county each year.

Loneliness is one of the biggest issues many people face later in life. Some older people can go weeks without talking to anyone. The Age UK East Sussex Befriending Team matches older people with volunteers to help combat loneliness and encourage local people to come together. Many lives have been changed and the difference you see in people is amazing.
