I'm running the Great North Run 2025 in aid of St Cuthbert's Hospic. The reason I have chose to run The Great North Run this year is that St Cuthbert’s Hospice has a special place in my Wife’s and her Family’s hearts. St Cuthbert’s Hospice provided invaluable support and care for my Wife’s grandma during her illness, ensuring she was comfortable and well cared for in a compassionate environment. The hospice team offered not only expert medical attention but also emotional and practical support for her and the family. They created a warm, peaceful atmosphere where her grandma could feel at ease, surrounded by kindness and understanding. Additionally, the hospice staff extended their care to my wife’s family, offering guidance and a listening ear during such a difficult time, making the experience a little more bearable for everyone involved. So I would love to give a little something back for all the help from everybody at St Cuthbert's Hospice.
