Ride It! 2025 is more than an event—it's a movement of hope, awareness, and solidarity for everyone impacted by Crohn's and Colitis. In 2023, our family's life changed when our 12-year-old son, Blake, was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Blake, like so many others, faces daily challenges due to this condition, a disease that remains widely misunderstood and often invisible to others.

Across the UK, approximately half a million people live with Crohn's and Colitis, with thousands more potentially undiagnosed due to stigma or lack of awareness. At Crohn’s and Colitis UK, they are working tirelessly not only to improve diagnosis and treatment but also to fund crucial research aiming for a cure. They give individuals like Blake—and families like ours—the support, comfort, and confidence needed to lead freer, fuller lives.
