I have somehow managed to be running The Great North Run in aid of Ashgate Hospice and in memory of a beautiful lady, Kay Hardy. Even though shes not here Kay has got me in into this , Im blaming her!!

So 13.1 miles I will be running for a truly awesome cause with Kay by myside probably laughing at me for attempting this. So please dig deep ,donate and be a part of this.I seem to be loosing so many good friends from this disease, most recently our dear John Knowles who will be deeply missed by a whole community ,he had a whole village in his corner yet this disease does not discrimindate it takes everyone.I hope we can help raise more funding to care for our friends and family whilst they try to find a cure .
