Hi all,

As many of you are aware I will be taking part in the Saundersfoot triathlon on 11th September.

I would like to raise as much money as possible for Tŷ Hafan children's hospice.

This is in memory of a young lady, Laura John, who sadly passed away on the 1st September 2013 aged just 13 years old.

Laura had cereal palsy and would often visit Tŷ Hafan for her breaks.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Laura, but the way she is talked about and remembered I wish I had.

Many of you will know that Laura was the daughter of Dominique and Wayne John.

Dominique is a good friend as well as an employee of Silver's Shack.

Tŷ Hafan is very close to their hearts, and therefore close to mine.

If you could find it in your hearts to donate as much (or as little) as possible, I would be eternally grateful.
