I'm taking on this epic challenge along with 4 colleagues from Principality and proud to be fundraising for Ty Hafan.

I'll be cycling 217 miles from Swansea to Dublin to support Tŷ Hafan Children's Hospice who ensure that no family is alone, when their child's life is short.

Hopefully, the weather will be kind and preparation is key.
